Likeness of God | Developing the image of Jesus
Identification means “to cause to be, to be identical, the condition or fact of being the same in all
qualities under consideration; sameness, oneness.” When Jesus returns, the Bible says “we will be like Him.” So the question becomes: how do we develop the image of Jesus if we only see
our self in the mirror? Romans 6 and Hebrews 4 reveal part of the answer.
Listen in as Pastor Roger walks you through John 1:4, John 14:12, Romans 10:10,
and Mark 11:23. Part 1 covers: Developing the image of Jesus | Made alive with
Jesus
Likeness of God | I was buried with Jesus . . .
Buried means “completely covered, removed from sight, rendered inoperative.” Inspired by the Person of the Holy Spirit, the apostle Paul proclaims the
Believer’s transformation in Romans 6:4: “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was
raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk
in newness of life.” Part 2 covers: I died with Christ | I was buried with Jesus | Bonus Message:
What image are you developing?
