Father, I believe, with all my heart, based on the Scriptures, that the gift of the Holy Spirit is meant for me. Just as I trust You for my eternal salvation by faith, so now I do trust You, by faith, to give me the fullness of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues. When hands are laid upon me, I will receive by faith the gift of the Holy Spirit within.
